Frequently asked
Answers to common questions
01 What is CodeRender?
CodeRender converts HTML and CSS into editable Figma layers. You can use it through the coderender.app web converter or through the CodeRender Figma plugin installed inside Figma.
02 How do I get an access key?
Sign in to coderender.app and open your dashboard. Your access key is generated automatically and is shown there. Paste it into the plugin UI on first use; it is stored locally on your device.
03 Why did my conversion fail?
Most failures are caused by markup that references external resources we cannot fetch, by exceeding the fair-use limit on free accounts, or by malformed HTML. Try a smaller, self-contained snippet first. If the problem persists, email [email protected] with the status message and the input you used.
04 What is the fair-use limit?
Free accounts include a fair-use number of conversions per period. The current limit is shown on your dashboard. If you regularly exceed it, contact us about higher tiers.
05 How do I delete my account or data?
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will respond consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
06 Where do I report a bug?
Email [email protected]. Include the status message shown by the plugin or web app, a minimal HTML/CSS snippet that reproduces the issue, the viewport preset you selected, and your auth mode (access key or none).
